I was told that some things were vegan for the first time, I tried. then I was told for the second time that some of these things were not vegan. by the way, this is the same server both times. the second time I left, I was told that the chana masala was not vegan. then I was told in a vegan Facebook group that the server was wrong. the third time I went, I think another server informed me that only 3 or 4 dishes could be made vegan. five stars for dosas. we ordered onion rava masala, pondicherry, andra karam and chettinaad. after a really long time we were able to see differences in taste in each dose. chutneys were amazing and sambhar was top notch. tasting for the first time after pandemic and looks like authenticity of the tower is not lost. in any case recommend. service was also fantastic as they managed the amount. we noticed non-Indian girls showed enormous enthusiasm in ordering to take us very quickly and truly to serve on all our desires. the prices have risen, and on an average family of four would spend $100 for the evening. will be safe again.
there on a Sunday afternoon they only sat for lunch. you have to say the variety in the offer was impressive and the pongal was excellent, probably the best I had in a minute. the South Indian food was simply exquisite, I am not a fan of North Indian food, but they have a good variety that was top notch on all needs and quality. total costs the buffet approx. $17 what I felt was quite reasonable in view of the quality of South Indian food in the offer. I'll go back soon and I recommend this place very much.
I wanted to share our experience with tower. we had a private event that we held in the restaurant. shyam worked with us on all details and was great with his answer and help. the chef cooked a fantastic meal for the event. overall we had a great event with great food. can beat the experience. really enjoyed our meal times, and as the menu made it easy to choose vegan options by using an icon next to them. from some ground they served only bottled water and a few so in doses that was strange for a sitting restaurant. but the food was delicious so we could go back.
beautiful to see the pure vegetarian restaurant in the city. yummy sambhar and beautiful filter kaapi. I ordered onion rava dosa, kothu parotta with paneer and mini idly sambar and karuveppilai masala dosai! service is so fast and good customer service.
With the new management Tower is getting a better look. The food as usual is excellent . New paint, new furniture , new items in the menu.....I have just one thing to say Excellent !!!!!!

Every time we have been to Tower, we have always had the buffet. The staff will always let us know which items are vegan and which aren't. Very yummy and we always leave stuffed!
An unordinary menu. The all you can eat buffet on weekends is a must.
