We arrived at 6pm; plenty of parking space. Beautiful Christmas Tree at the entrance. Open concept restaurant. Décor was classy. Background music playing. We were upstairs. DJ was there. We are sitting at a table where we are not stuck next to other people. We had space around us where we could get up and talk to the person at the other side of the table without any problems. The service we had from start to end was 5 starts plus; Excellent! Kristine the manager helped with the reservation and details and was very quick to reply to the emails. She personalized the menu which was a great touch. We got the company Logo on the menu as well as a personalized message. The menu was already on the...
The atmosphere is great, good music that makes you want to dance. The price / quality ratio of the food is disappointing. We were a group of 12, the plates were served at different times for the group. A server who seemed to be a team leader / manager I unfortunately do not have his name (probable Hispanic origin under any circumstances) was arrogant, condescending, macho ... In short had an unpleasant attitude which made the rest of the servers look bad. were very friendly. Had to run after a coffee yet included in the table d'hôte as they seemed to emphasize paying bills rather than good service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
A beautiful place but, an extremely high bill for what you get, ie nothing. Scallop U 10 a monumental stuffing, two pieces on a slice of uncooked bacon drowned in a sweet sauce as desired. Lobster ravioli not lobster and cold. Finally for a place that calls itself a steak specialist, phew, $ 56 for a not 16 oz filled with nerves, no spices no taste no accompaniment ... And yes Noisy with their useless DJ, very ordinary service, a disreputable clientele when you're with a couple of friends, in short, the espresso was good. Total for 4: $ 672. And oh yes it took 4 hours for supper !!
I came with a group of my clients to this restaurant, they prepared a set menu that was really good... the service was fast which made everything easier for me and my clients, I would definitely use this place again for clients or even for lunch by myself... try the steak of the house! You won't regret! Well also the salmon!

Food was cold, steak knives wouldn't cut, there was more staff then clients, twice we had to ask for sevice and food was late...very weird experience and the entire group said the waiter was stubborn and arrogant...none of us will ever return
We went to eat with a couple of friends at this restaurant last month. The steaks are really delicious. The salads as a starter are also very good. The service has been excellent. We had a lovely evening. A bit expensive on the other hand.
Food was amazing.The salmon was one of the best dishes I have had in a long time. Souffle, well I couldn't wait to dig in! Ambiance impeccable. Service wonderful. Decor trendy. I will be back when I return.
The Towne380 is a great place to have a personal dinner or to organize an event for your top clients. Great service and excellent food. Atmosphere is great. In highly recommend this place.
