I am not sure where to begin! The newest restaurant in Sauveur exceeded my expectations. Although it was not my first time visiting, I felt compelled to share my thoughts in a review. The atmosphere is casual and the new decor is vibrant. My initial experience was fantastic - I always start with oysters and they were incredibly fresh, with a delightful oceanic aroma. I dined with my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved the Tuna Tataki. It is a must-try for any tuna enthusiast! The service was excellent, despite the crowded restaurant. Our server remained composed, professional, and displayed a great personality. I also tried the veal Marsala, which ranks among the top three I have ever had....

The hostess and female bartender seemed more focused on these guests, making us feel like we were in a sports bar rather than a restaurant.

The main course that I ordered wasn't serve the way it usualy is. The sauce was different, very thick so made my pasta very heavy and dry. It was a Tuesday night was the real chef there ?

Delicious filet mignon...duck. superb wine. Great service. Very cool vibe with young people at bar apres ski..and families large and small.
