Less and less friendly especially on the phone No flexibility of arrangement to replace soup with cabbage Do not comply with delivery times: indicate 45min max but come to deliver after 1h without commercial gestures. Really disappointed because food is good but service and accommodating is totally degraded. This is the second order where we are disappointed.
