I love Japanese food and I am been in a few Japanese restaurants around the world but not in Japan yet and I can tell you that this is just one the best around the county and I am not talking just about sushi and sashimi but try the baked mussels and you’ll understand what I am talking about; I was born close to a lake where they harvest mussels and we also use to bake them and God forgive me if I deny my Sicilianity but I can tell you that these mussels here at Toyo Sushi are the best I ever had, no joke. I got some rolls, sushi and the baked mussels and everything was so good, next time I’ll let my wife driving because I need to re-enjoy this restaurant with some wine or beer.
Very impressive. My first time here. Took a friend for her birthday. They have a large variety of very tasty sushi . I'm still trying to get used to inflation prices. My wife had the Bento Box a good value for the price. Service was friendly and brought us a free desert and sang happy birthday to our friend. It's a hour+ from my home. But I'd like to return for another birthday celebration.
Gave this place a try recently. Placed my order and had to wait about 30 mins for it to be ready. To be fair, it appeared that they have been working out the kinks since restaurants were allowed to open at minimum capacity. The food was delicious. Better in comparison to other local eateries. If you are in the area, give them a try.
Been here now about 5 times and it's now mine and my families favorite sushi bar. Everything we've had here has been fresh and delicious. They have a huge menu to choose from! It's hard to find a great sushi place and we are picky with out sushi and this place doesn't disappoint!
