I visited Tracy's last Saturday and Sunday, and I have to say, Ana, one of the employees, was absolutely fantastic! She was very attentive and ensured I was well taken care of while I was using a machine. After I finished, Ana even cleaned the machine right away, and she was incredibly kind to everyone in the shop. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun experience, great drinks, delicious snacks, and, of course, enjoyable machines! Thank you, Ana, for making my time at Tracy's so delightful! I had only planned to stay for a short while, but the friendly atmosphere Ana created kept me there for several hours! I will definitely be back and can't wait to see Ana again!
Iris brings so much fun to Tracy's! She has a fantastic personality and always keeps the place looking great. However, something concerning happened a couple of weeks ago that made me really worry for her. An employee from the restaurant next door, My Cocina, became extremely agitated and got right in her face, yelling at her. I was genuinely scared and thought the police might need to be involved because he was out of control. Fortunately, Iris managed the situation well, and he eventually left. It's unfortunate that she has to deal with harassment from this employee, who continues to come in, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for those of us who visit the gaming lounge.
The staff member on duty, Brad, was very friendly and courteous, making for a pleasant experience at the restaurant.
