Beautiful decor, good food, great drinks and brews, outdoor eating, love this place! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of inconsistent food quality. There are days you can go here and get a great dish and other times that same dish will taste completely different. This has happened on numerous occasions and not just to myself. There must be several different cooks doing things their own way rather than sticking to the recipe. So when we come here, we have no idea whether we?re going to get the ?good version? of the dish we chose. Otherwise everything else is very very good here! Charming restaurant located in downtown Frankfort. The drinks were delightful, and the food was quite good. I wasn't a big fan of the fried pickles, but there was a decent variety on the menu. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One downside was finding parking. We visited on a day when there was a baby shower happening, and a wedding was taking place in the town square, so parking spots were limited. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but not excessively so. We will definitely give this place another visit.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. We ordered a burger with fries, brisket sliders with sweet potato fries, fish and chips, and grilled chicken with vegetables. The portion sizes were generous—we needed three takeout boxes for our leftovers! The sweet potato fries were served with a dipping sauce of marshmallow fluff, which was a delightful surprise and quite tasty. The atmosphere is really nice, located in a trendy area of Frankfort. We had a delightful dining experience overall. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and our server, Stephanie, was fantastic. She offered excellent recommendations for both food and wine. My sister ordered the scallops, which were delicious, while I opted for the Baby Back Ribs; they were meaty, tender, and perfectly sauced. We also shared a lovely bottle of wine. We definitely plan to return!
The service at this restaurant was quick, but the food was disappointing. My Reuben sandwich was overly thick and greasy. The mac and cheese lacked flavor, although the drinks were quite good. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning or recommending this place.
I enjoyed the smoked wings and chili, both of which were delicious. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich, and she thought it was fantastic as well. The beer selection was excellent, and our server, Meg, provided great service.

Trails Edge Brewing had fantastic food, service, and ambiance with live music. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area — or not! 10/10 we will be back.
