Food was ok,they do have gluten free pizza only if you call in advance. The service was terrible, tried to charge us for a salad when it didn’t come, the person bringing the food was very rude and didn’t know what the dishes contained when asking. It was not clear that they only take cash not card payments. And they will not give you back your change once paid!! There are better restaurants in Eisenach but I recommend to steer clear if you want to enjoy your stay.
This is my favourite Italian restaurant go to for authentic Italian food and service! I dare say one of the best Germany wide!! The food is incomparable and brings you back to Italy. I travel almost 1 hour from where I stay for my best Italian food. The service personnel are so hospitable and gives the best of Italian hospitality. I highly recommend anyone who loves Italian food to come to this restaurant! It's value for money!! All worth it!!
Avoid. Service was rude and unhelpful. I ordered a salad which never arrived and they then attempted to charge me for it. The spaghetti carbonara was lumpy rather than creamy, the ham in the dish was the incorrect type for it and it was burned. It is a cash only establishment, but we were not told this until the bill arrived. Not worth your time or money.
I was very impressed by this restaurant. we came without reservation and thanks to a space next to the entrance we could observe how friendly and confident the service forces have mastered the storm of the guests. By the way we got fantastic food. I recommend to all people to reserve here in advance and to come back here again. Book a table now
