A strange pizzeria with a dingy atmosphere. I went there for dinner with my son. The first thing I noticed was the lackluster decor. I had the impression we were at an inopportune time, even as the only guests there. When I ordered, I was told they only had pizza, then a minute later, pasta. The numerous people milling around there could be described as unmotivated, especially considering the messy guest room. However, they were friendly to us, especially to my son. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews beforehand... Two of us were there and just wanted a drink. The first two rounds were fine, but for the third round, they brought two non-alcoholic wheat beers instead of two. I complained about this. One of the two non-alcoholic beers was then divided between two glasses, and the rest was filled with a bottle of wheat beer. It was very noticeable that the owner asked several times if everything was okay this time, and you could feel his hypocritical grin. This is a scam against the guests; I don't even want to know what other ideas the owner comes up with to save money. Luckily, we didn't eat anything there.
Unfortunately, we stopped here to eat a delicious sundae. We once got thawed ice cream from a Norma carton we saw the waiter go there shortly afterward to get more). The waiters had zero enthusiasm for their jobs; they should have been careful with their career choices. We also got vacuum-packed gnocchi from Norma, which were then prepared for €12.90. If only we 'd read the reviews beforehand : . The prices for this upscale snack bar are outrageous! The men 's restroom wasn 't usable, but the women were luckier; there was one open. A disaster!!!
Ich habe heute um 17 Uhr die Pizza Vegetarisch bestellt zum Mitnehmen und bin inzwischen 15 min spazieren gegangen. Ich bin gar nicht bis zu meiner Ferienwohnung gekommen und habe mich unterwegs auf einer Bank gesetzt. Total lecker, der Boden knusprig, das ich sogar den Rand mitgegessen habe. Diese negativen Bewertungen hier stimmen nicht. Wahrscheinlich geht es nur darum einen Menschen anonym zu zerstören. Schade das es solche Menschen geben muss. Liebe Grüße, die Frau aus Erlangen :o) es war eine sehr gute Pizza.

I was out and about in Pottenstein during the Epiphany festival. My children were hungry, so we decided to buy three slices of pizza. The owner ate a bratwurst with his bare fingers and even licked the grease off them. He didn't wash his hands afterward and served the food with his licked fingers. The price was outrageous; I paid €12 for three slices of pizza (we only realized afterward that a whole one costs €10). They weren't particularly large. I won't be going there again!
I rate it two stars only because the young waiters tried their best. Terrible pizza. Also, dear either owner or shift manager of this place, I address to you: please, please… do not ever approach or face any customer because you have zero soft skills. You are freaking the customers out with your creepy attitude, walking like Kim hand waving and ignoring customers around you. Let the younger waiters do the job.
The two of us went there for lunch. A frozen pizza with a strange taste. I only ate a quarter. I felt so sick after three hours that I had to throw up. My wife's pasta was tasteless and served cold. The drinks weren't filled to the mark. I paid a lot of money for inferior food. The waitress was very dirty and unfriendly. That was nothing. One star is too many. Thanks for reading.
