The food is TOP. Staff very friendly. Domenico the boss is one of the coolest people I met in my 19 years. Excellent, respectful, always friendly. And clearly every restaurant has its macks and it doesn't work every day everything as it should run. But these are minimal mistakes. In addition, I have read in many comments that many complain about the staff, while many have no idea what the job entails for stress and effort. Many complained about food or drinks lasted so long. Even if the place is half empty, the waiter has not only to serve the task, there are many other behind the scenes from which the person who has never done such a thing can know nothing.
When we were at the Rusticone on 19.01.18, the food was really good but the toilets were completely clogged! We didn't dare to drink. A breakdown can always happen, but what made worse was how the employees were dealing with it. There was no sign at the door and absolutely no word of apology at the waiter when we addressed him to the situation. A comment from the waiter even made us tweak about the condition/hygiene in the kitchen.
A nice evening again in the Rusticone. There was a lot of going on, but the service is still perfect, quiet, no hectic and very friendly. In the map everyone finds something for his taste and the chefs understand their craft... When it's full, the acoustics suffer but with a real Italian, this is part of the program. Very delicious pizza! My absolute favorite is the pizza Arrabiata. This is far and wide unsurpassed, although not quite favorable. The restaurant is large and often well visited and the service friendly. I always like to come here! Book a table now
Really nice and sweet place. The decoration is great, people working there are friendly. The food is super tasty and the prices are good. No problem to park or to access by main roads. My diner today evening was perfect.
Excellent pizza (handmade, stone oven, what do you want more? , super friendly staff, human prices. Here, in my opinion, you get the best pizza in the district, if not even in Munich!
