I have never had such a bad experience in a restaurant! The ordered expensive and really tiny steak (27€!) was completely fried and dry (although medium ordered and super salted and so finally really served crazy. That was a shame for the price! I returned the whole meat directly and had to pay it in the end!! Although I did not eat it, for the above reasons.. at the payment the waitress only meant that the cook had much to do and it hurt him. to our note that the meat was completely returned and it was not right to calculate the meat that it only meant that it could do nothing..
