A little hard to find when relying on a car--Google Maps didn't understand that it was on a different level in the city. We ended up figuring it out by parking down in the square below and walking up the stairs. The stairs are plentiful and steep but there's a railing and a bench halfway up. (Our parents needed this help. But then we got to this charming little restaurant and got to sit on their beautiful terrace that overlooked the city and river below. The food was worth the treasure hunt! Although we've been loving the French fare, we were ready for a little something different and this delectable Italian cuisine fit the bill.
Das kleine, gemütliche Lokal befindet sich grad neben dem Schloss. Es gibt nur wenige Plätze, weshalb sich eine Reservierung empfiehlt. Empfang und Service sind freundlich und gekonnt, alles klappt reibungslos und in Ruhe. Leider waren wir bei schlechtem Wetter dort, so dass wir die Terrasse mit Sicht über Blois und die Loire nicht geniessen konnten. Dafür haben wir uns an sehr gutem Essen und feinen Weinen (grosse Weinkarte) erfreut. Die Preise sind leicht angehoben, aber angemessen.

Rien à redire sur le service.Ce restaurant est très bien situé puisque près du château, ce qui doit être particulèrement intéressant pour les personnes qui assistent au son et lumière
Very pleasant little lunch break with a colleague. The location has a lot to do with it but the service and especially the cuisine are not left out. I highly recommend this establishment. It's good, and plentiful Attention foodies, go for it! PS: I had a little dog, he is very kind to animals :

Il posto è sulla piazza del castello molto bello abbiamo mangiato fuori sotto gli alberi la signora che gestisce molto gentile i piatti sono tipici di questa zona costolette di agnello frittata lumache in casserole un ottimo pesce
Good Italian experience! The Dama Bianca with sage and the spaghetti Vongole are to die for. Special mention for the delicious pistachio ice cream. Well done!
108 € for 2 people with 1 pie quarter to 7,20 € is a bit exaggerated.
