Quite possibly the best coffee in town. This little shop roasts their own beans, makes chocolates, and has a great selection of your usual cafe baked stuff, from cookies to pastries and beyond. On one end of a little strip mall style building, there 's a covered patio out front and a moderate amount of seating inside. The roasting and chocolate creation areas are right inside the front door, with the bar itself about halfway into the building. The seating is more casual, without any real decent 'working ' areas or sit-up style tables, but it 's not impossible to get some work done while enjoying a triple-shot mocha on the patio.

Ordered the White Cin, which the barista kindly helped accommodate to make without milk for my lactose intolerance. I love cinnamon and the white mocha made the coffee very dessert-forward. I also got a chocolate chip cookie which had a sugar cookie texture that I didn’t expect but I enjoyed regardless. Not a lot of tables inside but I enjoyed an afternoon inside studying and chatting, since lots of customers seemed like regulars who would grab-and-go. There were some flies trapped indoors though :

Love this shop! Their food is all made in-house and is absolutely amazing! They roast their own coffee, and it is also very good! Love the staff and the bags of beans are such a great option. I've been coming in here before they were officially opened. They have gotten increasingly better and are a great stop for a drink and breakfast, lunch or a snack.

A little liberally/snooty, but in my experience most coffee shops generally are. That fact aside, these folks make the best red chile chai latte I have ever had. Highly recommend that drink and the macaroons are fantastic. The scones are a little dry, but I feel like that’s how most scones are. Book a table now

My husband and I love trying out different coffee shops when we go out of town!! TRIFECTA Coffee Company has a great vibe and their Chai and espresso was amazing!! We also got a bar of chocolate that was 70% chocolate and was so smooth!!! Definatly coming back tomorrow before we leave!

Trifecta continues to sell full pounds, not 12 oz bags as many roasters have and at lower prices. All baked goods and hand-made chocolates are made in-house, and are delicious! The staff is always helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

This is a great coffee shop. They serve house made pastries other sweet treatsvludoffer vegan friendly options. Grab a cup to go or pick up your own bag of in house roasted beans to take home. Outdoor seating available.

The roaster(s) at Trifecta really know what they're doing. This is easily the best coffee I've had in Albuquerque. The Ethiopia Guji is stupidly great. Why aren't you drinking it right now? Book a table now

Definitely a place for serious coffee lovers, not basic white girl latte girl friendly. Great pastries and chocolates as well. The latte was one of the best I've had anywhere.
