I'm really looking forward to trying this restaurant because I've read very good reviews about it, and I wouldn't say that I regret trying it, but at least the nudes I ordered weren't so sharp? it was too mild. I was already often with si chuan and had actually spicy eating there, so I know the difference. I think they have made it more definitiw so that the French can also enjoy it, so I don't think that this regarding si chuan style / level of spicyness (they can add more chili oil but still.) moreover the noodles were on the hard side, it felt as if it wasn't completely boiled. I don't know if it's just her thing or not, but I didn't like it. the suppe was nice, so overall I would say it...

I'm sad to say this place was terrible. I love food, and for the first time in years I have left my meal almost untouched. I ordered spicy because I love hot eating, but instead of spicy, she poured tons of hot oil in my scenchuan. Noodles it was disgusting and edible, I kept coughing when I tried to eat the noodles dripping oil. I finished half a cup with pure oil, before I finally added my 15 euro meal (picture.) I had never had such a revolt presentation of food. maybe another court, not ordered spicy, better, but I will never go there again and never recommend it again. it was also in the past a favorite place of me in paris. godliness.

Very authentic Cantonese cuisine. Loved the dumplings in schechuan sauce. Wonderful servers, very attentive. Do note the spice levels. They will always ask you and they do customise the spice basis on your comfort, don’t be too experimenting:

we ate at the trois fois plus de piment before we left paris. otherwise we would have gone a second and a third time. the food was delicious and was adapted to its taste for spicy. I loved it!
