The “new” tropical house is an absolute failure. The entrance area looks dreary and desolate, which is rightly emphasized by the poor caged turkeys in the former greenhouse next door. For me it's animal cruelty! When it comes to service you can see that there is no trained staff. Although the prices on the menu hope for more! The cocktails are a disappointment, every home would conjure up more authentic cocktails. There was no trace of mint or cane sugar in the mojito, but there was plenty of white industrial sugar and ice cubes. There are many edible plants to look at in this tropical house. Also an educational chili route. And in the restaurant, which is integrated into the tropical house, you can enjoy the fruits while eating. Directly accessible by public transport. If you come by car you have to walk about 15 minutes. There are parking spaces at the hospital.
On the occasion of a birthday party, we experienced a wonderful culinary and gastronomic day here. The food and the surroundings are unique. In the tropical atmosphere we enjoyed freshly prepared, wonderful dishes and were treated to attentive service. We can highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
Wonderful place for plant lovers. I saw 3 big turtles that day while I was wandering. Also, I had dinner there. Every dish is creative and was decorated beautifully. The price is affordable. The ambience and the service is very nice and kind. Will definitely go back there for romantic dinner again

We were in the tropical house for the first time today and we are thrilled. The employees are very friendly and take a lot of time. My son was allowed to feed the turtles and get to know some of the insects better. A great experience, we will definitely become regular guests :
We had our Christmas dinner with around 40 people in the tropical house and everyone was thrilled! Atmosphere, temperature, plants and first of all the fine food! Highly Recommended! There was also room for unforeseen events and they were implemented with confidence.
The tropical house is worth a visit, especially with children. In the greenhouse next door there is a brilliant selection of chili plants from all over the world. You can also buy various products from the tropical house in the shop.
The atmosphere is great, you feel like you're on vacation somewhere in the tropics. The food is very well cooked, there is a varied selection on the menu and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I would love to come back.
