This store is ghetto and unprofessional and I will never go here again. Purchased food for delivery as they advertise delivery. I get my food and there is food missing and I call the store to get my food and they tell me that I have to deal with Doordash as they are the ones who delivered the food. No refund, no send my food to me only try and get a refund from Doordash. As I paid Tropical Smoothie my money and not Doordash, I'm confused on how I have to deal with Doordash to get my food or refund, and the food is what I wanted. I will not be returning to this location ever.
My family I walked into the Annapolis Rd location and it was highly disappointed to walk into an establishment and not to be greeted. The young lady with the blonde braids at the front counter did not once acknowledge customers and when asked a question she couldn’t open her mouth to respond but shook her head no at the question. My family and I left the establishment without purchasing anything due to poor customer service of the cashier.
Staff and the food were excellent. Mango monsoon smoothie and the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread were incredible. Would’ve easily received a 5/5, but the bathroom was dirty. Would highly recommend as long as you do not need to use the bathroom!

I personally hate this location. Food is always just slapped together so nasty workers look dingy and always on the phone service is super slow. Work area always messy never going here again blahhhh
I ordered ahead, and the item was NOT ready they hadn't even started the order. And I got there when they said it was completed, it also didn't taste good.
