I witnessed a male employee at this restaurant named Taha repeatedly kicking up toilet water that was leaking in the food prep area and into the dining area. Despite pleas from a female employee and another employee who seemed to be in charge, he continued his actions. The female employee's socks and shoes were soaked, and she eventually left the store. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unfortunately common at this location due to high turnover and inexperienced staff, but workplace harassment and unsanitary conditions are unacceptable. The service was simply awful. I came during my lunch hour. Granted they were busy. I finally knew what I wanted. A man walked in and paid for his order. I’m still standing there. So I said something to the young lady there and she was like oh we have all these orders and I have to pass into the other worker. Well the other worker never looked up and never acknowledged my presence either. He wiped his sweaty brow with a napkin and never washed his hands afterwards. To stand there for over 10 minutes and not be acknowledged is unacceptable. I can eat elsewhere and that’s what I did.
MISLEADING: I have been a regular customer at this restaurant until I discovered that they add sugar to all of their smoothies. This is misleading as it should be clearly stated in the ingredients.
This tropical smoothie is terrible! The salad was old and tasted like it was doused in vinegar. The sandwich wasn’t bad but the bacon was uncooked. My other smoothie tasted like water. Book a table now
Tropical always is delicious! Order ahead of you avoid waiting in the lines! I get the combo order that comes with a smoothie and wrap! Great bang for your buck!
Everything was good, what you would expect from tropical, what made it special was Richard. Would come back just to see him smoothie my smoothies. 10/10
Disgusted with this place! I placed a door dash order and they cancelled it. Saying they closed. They close in 20 mins and they wont let me place order.
The young man seemed to not care about anything! My smoothie was not made correctly and he didn’t even use proper measurements. Big disappointment Book a table now
I love going here early in the morning and getting those half off smoothies. It's a great breakfast/ meal replacement without coding so much
