Wow. I was just told by the manager/lead, DONT EVER COME BACK. ALL BECAUSE, I REFUSE TO ACCEPT A SMOOTHIE I DIDN'T ORDERED. If you don't have or out of certain fruits/ produces, say something rather than making something you think will work. I refuse the smoothies and ask for a REFUND, and was toll DONT EVER COME BACK. The cashier was originally started the refund process than the manager/lead wasn't having it. He was upset. Asking the cashier over n over what I ordered. She explained, then he said. Don't ever COME BACK.
This restaurant is awful. I entered and was completely ignored. I stood there for a good five minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Eventually, two employees debated who would help, and one finally came to the register. When my order was ready, they simply placed it on the counter and went back to what they were doing without telling me it was mine. The quesadilla was disappointing—$10 for a tortilla with hardly anything in it. Save your time and avoid this place!
I would give this place a zero if I could. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla, expecting a fully loaded dish for my $10.00. Instead, I received a single tortilla folded in half with just a tiny bit of chicken and a slice of cheese. I could have made a better grilled cheese sandwich at home for free! They should be embarrassed for taking advantage of customers like this. The fancy bag was the only impressive part, but I’m not here to eat paper.
The Mexican guy that works here he's the manager he's just so rude he always makes things wrong never gets what are correct. then catches an attitude and cuss you out. unprofessional. don't see how he's in charge. caught him digging in his a Then making someone food thank god that day i only had a smoothie. i use to eat and get smoothies here every day 2 times a day for my family I not anymore they lost 80 dollars a day from me bc of him.

This only applies to the one on Washington Blvd. The employees there always greet you when you go in and always have a smile on their face. If you are a frequent customer, they even know what you order. I haven’t had one bad experience there and with todays issues out there, that’s not something that happens often.
The location at 3611 Washington Blvd Suite 103, Halethorpe, MD 21227 is quite impressive. The food I ordered was delicious, and the smoothies were fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends – 10/10!
This restaurant is not family-friendly. The staff plays explicit music at high volume, featuring lyrics with offensive words like the N-word and F-word. Given this poor judgment, I can only wonder about their work ethic.
Came here to get a smoothie at 12:57pm on a SUNDAY and they were closed but their hours clearly say they’re open from 9am to 9pm that’s really unprofessional of them they need to update their hours online!
