Ordered by accident at the wrong location instead of the one next to my work and they had no idea how to cancel the order and fix it. I was so late for work I could not get a hold of customer support for Tropical Smoothie had to file a dispute with my bank didn’t receive my items and was charged $12 and wasted my entire break. Why can’t Customer Service be better at businesses like it’s not that hard to to cancel an order and remake it for a customer who is returning Customer at the location ?
I have a coupon that doesn't say anything about a specific location, yet this location says I have to take it back to where I got it from.
Staff are pleasant efficient and venue is clean. The truffle chocolate shake is the best! Please bring it back as a permanent menu item.
