This tropical smoothie location is the worst. Once again, my order was incorrect. Instead of regular chicken and noodles, I received plant-based chicken and no noodles. The smoothie also tasted different. Unlike the Port Jefferson location, where all the ingredients are placed on top so you can easily see what you're getting, this place mixes everything together, making it hard to identify what is missing.
I ordered a chicken flatbread but it had no chicken in it. I also requested an apple as a side, but received a rotten one instead. This restaurant is very inconsistent and the wait time at the drive-through is always ridiculously long, even when there are no cars ahead. I waited at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.
I appreciate that this restaurant has a drive-thru option! The wait times are a little longer than a typical fast food place because everything is made to order, including the food and smoothies. If you don't mind waiting in your car, it's not too bad. The smoothie I had this time was more like a slush, but I would still return.
$20 for 2 sandwiches and I left without checking. Got a sandwich and a wrap? Paying that much for a couple sandwiches you'd think they'd be right. First and last time I'll be going here that's for sure. Horrible portions anyway. $10 for a sandwich the size of a McDonald's McChicken. Book a table now
This location has the nicest night time crew. Stopped there several times late and they were already cleaning but took our orders anyway and were super sweet to my kids. Plus their food and smoothies are amazing
super nice staff!! they are always so accommodating and kind and my chia banana boost is always perfect! I sometimes go in with the little girl I nanny and she loves going there too, everyone is so sweet :
It can take some time to receive your order as the staff may be inexperienced with providing prompt service, but they are friendly.
