I used to love this restaurant, but recently it has gone downhill. My kids and I waited almost 30 minutes for the snow machine to start working again, which interrupted our nap time. The lack of artificial flavors in their food is a bit odd, but in a good way. However, I heard that the workers are paid below minimum wage and do not receive tips, which is concerning. It's hard to believe that these workers are so young. The management really needs to step up their game or they will start losing customers.
The packing of the servings and syrup splashing at this restaurant are inconsistent, with some being too heavy and others having too little flavor. Some of the flavors taste stale. Recently, there has been an aftertaste in the water and ice shavings that suggests dirty filters are being used. It is recommended that the equipment be regularly sanitized.
I drove from the plains to the western suburbs to try out this restaurant because I had heard that their snow cones/raspados were amazing. I was delighted to see they had a drive-thru window, so I was able to bring my dog along. The piña colada flavor was delicious! I will definitely be returning in the future.

I visited this restaurant today and the employee named Ethan was extremely helpful in helping me choose the flavors. I do not speak perfect English, but he was very patient with me.
This restaurant is terrible. The meatballs are not salty at all and there were no hot anime maids. I expected the sausages to be good, but they were just small and disappointing.
Ethan is a dedicated and efficient worker who excels in customer service. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing flavors.
Unfortunately, the restaurant in Elmhurst has permanently closed. It has been replaced by an ice cream shop.
