The service at this restaurant is awful. I ordered food through Uber Eats and the cashier confessed that he had not given me the entire order. He was unable to find another Uber driver to deliver the missing items because they apparently did not have the authority to do so. It is frustrating that they offer third-party delivery services but cannot rectify simple mistakes.
I asked for over-medium eggs, I got well done eggs. Ranch was sour. Lady cashier was friendly at the beginning but changed her attitude after another customer came in. a police officer). Older guy who was behind the counter was RUDE. I ask for a lid for my Cafe, he didn't hand it to me. He threw it in the counter. I DO NOT recommend this place.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for more than 30 years. I always order through the drive-thru so I can enjoy my food in the comfort of my own home. My favorite dishes are the fried chicken dinner, steak picado, and Carne asada combo burrito. I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats and my soda was missing. I am unable to get a refund for my order, despite spending a lot of money. There isn't even a manager available to speak to. What kind of service is this?!!!
