Really nice place! Everyone was friendly and pleasant, the restaurant was large and accommodating, and the food tasted great. I also appreciated the communication from our server. I 'm vegetarian and like vegan food as well. The items on the menu always sound good, but I end up not loving them. Some of the flavor profiles just don 't mix well. They have great, unique beverages. Service is good. The hosts I 've met can be a bit abrupt if the restaurant is busy. Ambiance is good. At peak times it 's busy and loud, but that 's most restaurants. I 'd recommend giving it a try, especially if you 're vegetarian or vegan.
Had a great meal with friends at True Food today, and stayed for a while chatting with friends trying different items on the menu. The edamame dumplings were so fresh and tasty and healthy, food without guilt. And my personal favorite was the cauliflower appetizer which the entire table wanted to know how we could recreate at home. Reuben our waiter was so incredibly attentive and helpful. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.
Absolutely horrible service! I was seated outside and waited for a server to come and take my order for more than 10 minutes. I walked up to the host to let her know no one came. She apologized and said someone will come right away. So I sat down and waited but not one person came. I walked out! I used to love this location but after this experience! Never again! I was told I should come to true food for a high quality tasty healthy meal and it didn't disappoint. I had the turkey burger and it was not dry as turkey often could be. Our service was great as well our waiter Reuben was very sweet and attentive, especially given how long we stayed at the restaurant. We will be coming back.

I love True Food. The menu is great and offers so many options. They can please everyone. But my favorite dish is the charred cauliflower. Hands down..the best cauliflower I've ever eaten.
