True Thai Cuisine - Table reservation

This little gem is located on a quiet street just a stone's throw from The Meadows, a short walk from the main accommodation and teaching facilities of the University of Edinburgh, and only a 15-20 minute walk from the castle and the Royal Mile, and it's worth the wander. While its appearance from the outside is unassuming, the welcome inside is far from that, and the food is wonderful. We enjoyed a selection of delicious starters and Thai soups, followed by tasty curries, noodles, and rice, all in generous portions and served with the widest of smiles. A small but perfectly formed Thai restaurant with such lovely staff who can't do enough for you! The food was great, especially the shrimp starter. Two kids, two adults, two vegetarians, two carnivores and nobody was disappointed. BYO for a cost-effective night out. If you love Thai food, go here, if you've never tried it, go here.
