Truffle Poke' - Table reservation

Oh, I wanted to love this place. I placed an order online and was given a time to pickup. The pickup went smoothly, the parking lot in the back was full, but could park easily out front (weird, usually curb is packed) went to the front counter and said hello after a moment to catch the employee 's attention and said my name she pointed at my order without a smile or a word. Ok then. Took my order home to eat on the deck between my husband 's meetings. Opened the two REGULAR size bowls, they looked nice enough except that my regular bowl with 4 proteins had a bare spot of rice showing. What? I ordered: two kinds of tuna, octopus, and crab. The amount of crab was double that of the other three...

Food is great but the service is bad . Been there twice the first one is smooth except the lady on the register whos not that welcoming. The second experience is bad , the one serving for my regular bowl closed my order without asking if I want to add more . He literally just gave a base and a serve of tuna which is kinda weird. And again the one taking the payment is not so nice. So definitely won’t recommend and won’t come back.

I've eaten here several times, and the quality has consistently gone downhill. Downhill. Our last visit we got bad fish which resulted in illness. Honestly, I'm shocked this place is still openFood: 1/5

This is my favorite place to eat and the service and quality of the food is by far the best. The manager Yesi is always on point and will make sure you get everything you need.

My family's favorite poke place. We always order to go. We really like the toppings they offer. My husband loves the taro chips.Food: 5/5
