Genuinely had one of the best meals I?ve ever eaten here last night. Not only were the waitstaff and owner so kind and so quick to help/make recommendations, but the food was really out of this world. For appetizers we specifically enjoyed the soup dumplings and the scallion pancakes. The cucumber salad was also unexpectedly delicious. We ordered a couple entrees and split them family style, and my personal favorites ended up being the twice-cooked pork belly and the shredded pork with garlic sauce. I just visited this restaurant, and it was the worst food I've ever tasted. First, I asked the waiter if the chicken was all white meat, and he said it wasn't. After tasting it, I confirmed that it wasn't what I expected. The chicken was cold, and I cut some pieces to check for white meat. I was so disappointed that I ended up asking for a discount, and the waiter took 10% off my bill. I decided then that I would never return and immediately wrote this review. If there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it. The waiter mentioned he would speak to his supervisor, but no one really spoke English well enough to address my concerns.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic, and the food is amazing! Be prepared, though, as Sichuan cuisine can be quite spicy, but it's definitely worth a try. We particularly love the soup dumplings, tea-smoked duck, and volcano tofu! I highly recommend Truly Sichuan; I have so many wonderful memories from dining here!
This is an average restaurant with a very limited menu that feels quite straightforward and unremarkable. We were part of a large group and tried most of the items available. The staff were very friendly, and the decor, including the mirrors and lamps, was quite appealing.
My wife and I shared shrimps and chickens and broccoli. I had hot and sour soup. Was okay, just enough spice. Soup was good. Service was very good.

The scallion pancake was just an oily puff pastry that was so crispy. It never felt like a pancake. I wouldn't recommend this.
