I ordered on Fantuan with a promo which made the price more acceptable for the quality.I got the sushi maki combo which came with a side which I chose the vegetable tempura. I also got a tako wasabi. First, the sushi rice was bad—very sour from an unbalanced vinegar blend, and the rice texture was mushy and overly dense (you can see in the photo how the rice mushed together). The ramen was delicious, especially the truffle and pork belly option which had amazing flavor. It's perfect for those looking to try something adventurous with a hint of truffle. However, the spicy salmon rolls were disappointing as they had a strange flavor and stale tempura bits, causing my husband and I to not finish them. On the other hand, the tako wasabi was excellent and worth trying.

I had a fantastic lunch at Tsuyoi Sushi to celebrate a special occasion, indulging in their premium sashimi don don and 12 pieces of aburi nigiri. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with a presentation that looked absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is that I wish the portions were larger. While the price may be a bit steep, the quality of the meal definitely made it worth it.
It is heartbreaking to see that honest businesses are being impacted by the effects of COVID-19. It is also challenging for me to write this review for the restaurant as some dishes missed the mark, while others were delicious. In short, I enjoyed the food overall.

this is not a cheap AYCE sushi joint. tsuyoi has a very tasty menu and a lot of interesting menu items. on the expensive side. many parking spaces on the back. small back terrace.
