Still the best chicken noodle soup around. Sick or not, the best! Update 11/19/23 Well, yes, it has changed but not the soup. The soup was always great there. I 'm doing a detox that 's calls for half a cup of beans a day so I got some sides of beans and also boiled casava . It is posted like that in Spanish yuca hervida . Well, they stick to the letter for that casava I bought tonite is barely boiled. Really not cooked at all. I had to finish the cooking process in a microwave. But, what if someone bought that and had no access to any appliance to finish the cooking process that should have happened in the restaurant kitchen??? I know my purchase was modest, but still, the whole casava orde...

PROS: convenient location nice ambiance good service but busy, so you feel kind of rushed CONS: margaritas are not good Stopped by here on a nice day to grab a quick bite. Service is good, but can feel rushed at times. Food was edible, with okay flavors, but prices are on the higher end for the quality of food you get. The taste and quality was on the lower end and not what I was expecting from a decently sized and busy Latin restaurant. I had a margarita and it was one of the worst ones I've ever had and couldn't even get past two sips. It taste like cheap margarita mix. Only gave it two stars for the service and ambiance, but I can't say I would go back here.

The food was good, nothing to write home about but still good. The rice and beans were a bit watery. The half chicken and tostones were average. The service was okay. Our server was very nice, but it seemed like she forgot about us after awhile lol, so I had to go up to her to get the check and pay for it. The ambiance was also okay. I think they're in the midst of changing their decor their tables are a little outdated compared to their neon signs and painted walls, but all in all it's fine. The prices were okay; a little bit pricey for quality of food, but not ridiculous. I'd come here again if I was hungry and just trying to get something quick.

Used to be my to go place to go eat, as the environment inside would be so romantic, and would also enjoy the take out. But this time after about a year went back to pick up some food and it was so upsetting, and so disappointing. Sorry for the picture with the sauce but I tried it make it work and it didn't meat was fat and undercook. The rest of the food was the same. Didn't want to take any more pictures just threw it all out. So disappointed. Really let my favorite spot fall down. Book a table now

Haven't been here since the pandemic and I have missed this place. Every time I go to Kew Gardens we like to eat here and I always get the same things. In the past I have tried the chupe (seafood soup), Maduros and the Colombian chorizo with tostones. My go-to meal is the pernil. I use the spicy green sauce on the table as my salad dressing and tostones dipper.. We sat in inthe covered outdoor area which was brighter than indoors.

My favorite dish here is the Lomo saltado. It was flavorful. Took my parents here and they loved it as well. The Sangria was perfect. Not too sweet. Service is always great and everyone is quite friendly. It's a casual atmosphere where some ppl get dressed up and some are super casual. I want to go back for their rotisserie chicken!

Food is always great. Cooked perfect and fair quantity for the price. The staff seems to be stretched thin so it?s rare you see your server for the duration of your visit.

Tu Casa has the best rotisserie chicken in Queens Ny. It's best with the yellow rice and beans. If you like it spicy, ask for the green sauce. Book a table now
