The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. The woman at the cashier was Caucasian, overweight, and seemed overwhelmed and rushed. The place was crowded with 3 people waiting for their food and 3 people waiting in line. I was second in line, but she took the order of the person who was fourth and then went to the back. When she returned, she took their order before mine. When I tried to speak up, she asked me to wait 20 seconds. I tried to quickly place my order, but then she told me to slow down. *I edit my original review from five years ago from 3 stars to 1 star.* I often go to this place so often that the manager knows my usual order; three sub-parts, three sides and all individual details for everything. last Sunday, one of my sub-parts was made wrong, so I called them back and restored it. that wasn't the first time this happened. but I understand that people make mistakes, so it wasn't a big thing. but the manager gave me a job on the phone and then more of a posture as soon as I got there. that's a big thing. this is also not the first time that he does not make a posture for them my order right. that's much bigger. a huge one, and all this ended in a quite loud argument. Young man at the register has zero patience. I was ordering and had to wait to get to the register because the overhead menu didn't have the ingredients listed. So I told him what kind I wanted and he said is that all . And I needed to minus a few things and he again said is that all . But I wanted french fries so I asked for them and he said is that all . I then told him I also wanted a drink but apparently since he was in such a hurry I wasn't going to get one. He told me my total and took my card. So the man at the register Double charged me then told me that the money should be back there on Tuesday so don't hound him for it tomorrow so after I got Home I found out that they messed up on my sub and when I called he Acted as if they didn't do it At all. after driving back i said can I be offered something for the inconvenience and he said no because he would have to sell multiple things just to make up for it and it wasn't his problem that HE charged me twice. Super unprofessional. If you can try to avoid this one
Not the greatest I only ask for two or three things on my sub they absolutely drenched it in the onion sauce that they use and I told them to only toast the bread not the meat and cheese they did anyway sit around talking to each other more than they work
Despite being located inside a gas station, they still serve delicious food. I visit this restaurant once a week or every other week, and they never disappoint me with the quality of the food they provide.
They changed their jalapeno poppers without saying a word to the customers when ordering. Therefore zero stars. Angry customer!
