I got something from here for the first time this afternoon. Because I had no Americans with my tribe baker, Tuchtfeld was my current point of contact. I bought two Americans there, packed them at home and bite them in and immediately afterwards perceived a stink, like hair color. Ammonia shot my nose. This could not be right, so I called there and the smell was explained to me: we use deer-horne salt other than other bakeries as a release agent instead of baking powder. This explains the ammonia-like smell you perceived. I'm still disgusting in front of the American and, of course, they both threw away. I wouldn't even give a star for that. But you can't judge differently.
Very friendly service, we actually felt comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and simple, the price appropriate.
The order of occupied half rolls has worked super and also tasted.
