I’m so disappointed! Today, I sent my husband to purchase steaks at Tucker Meat Market to grill for Saturday evening. He said the man behind the counter advised him the T-bones were a great choice.Less than 5 hours later, I opened the packaging to make dinner. After I unwrapped the steaks, I noticed an odor like the steaks were bad. I thought this smell couldn’t be coming from the steaks we just bought them fresh today. Then I noticed a grayish tint on the steaks and after more examination all three steaks each had a brown color mark. If you advertise your hours as being open until 7pm, you would expect they would serve customers until 7pm, rather than closing the kitchen early just so the employees can get out by 7pm. Poor customer service and falsely advertised hours. Huge bummer because they’re food is great, so just know that you should only go in the middle of their working hours to ensure they’ll actually serve you.
Fantastic burger BUT the service is terrible. Their store hours are until 7pm and twice now I’ve been told the kitchen was closed even though I arrived before 645. As good as the food is, I don’t see myself visiting this place again given how they’ve treated me. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere else. Good luck to those that dare to visit, I hope you’re able to secure a burger!

Sad to say I won't be spending my money there ever again. Don't understand if you close at 7 and I get there at 6 how is the kitchen closed already. And the owner might want to greet her customers likes she happy to see them versus acting like she hates you walked in. Good burgers but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WON'T BE BACK!!!!
The hot food was plentiful and delicious. The bacon burger was flavorful and the bologna sandwich had such a huge slice of meat that it took a while to finish it. The staff was nice and courteous. We can't wait to go back and try the Brunswick Stew and Chicken
I just can’t seem to get in… This is the second time I’ve attempted to visit in the past couple of months, and even though both their door and Google list a 7 PM closing time, they have already been closed when I arrived just after 6.
The service was incredibly rude. When I approached the counter, I was completely ignored. Despite there being three staff members present, no one offered to assist me.

Burgers are delicious! I will try the wings next. Fresh butchered meats! I also bought a pund of fresh bacon. Can't wait to try it!
Mammoth burger best burger ever! Wife had cheeseburger OMG! Also grabbed nice cuts of NY strips! Great service!! We will be back
