no respect, liars, hypocrites, selfish, no shame, no shame from others 2 students waited 30 minutes outside in the cold for our food! We called and they said that we were liars and threatened us with a report and immediately deleted our number! That's just not behavior. That's not how you treat customers! Never so disrespectful again!!!
We placed an order at midnight and received a message saying it would arrive at 1:38 a.m. We waited outside in the cold from 1:30 to 3:40. That can't be. After calling several times we were just pushed away. I have never experienced such a disgraceful delivery!
Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, so only 1 star. I had ordered gnocchi with tomato sauce and gratinated with cheese, but instead I got Maultaschen with tomato sauce. Food was so oily that Americans knocked on my door.
