Placed my order at 7:51pm. At 8:29 I asked the lady if I was going to get my food. (38 mins later) she goes back to the counter to ask the lady that took my order. I guess the paper went out in the back and they didn’t get it. It was an honest mistake. They said they were sorry and made our food. Im not a person that asks for a discount or even comp my food. Tulum is one of the most fresh restaurants in Jackson. They also take care of their customers! My wife and I are regulars and have never had an issue at all. Tonight, they were absolutely swamped. My food came out, but my wife's food didn't come out for about twenty minutes. One of the managers came out, thanked us for our business, apologized, and gave us a voucher for a free meal. Such a class act. Support your local businesses!
Tulum has freshly prepared Mexican food. It is a lot of food for the money. If you want a different meat or if you want to add a meat to their vegetarian taco’s, they can do it. I love the tacos with Carne Asada and their Mango tea. You can eat inside or there is also outdoor seating.
Any place that has burritos stuffed with shrimp, crushed nachos, and french fries AND serves a good variety of cold beer is aces in my book. Their habanero dip will set you on fire. They also have an interesting mango sweet tea.

We have eaten here multiple times without ever having a bad experience. Every dish Ive ordered has been amazing. If you have never been, the fish tacos come HIGHLY recommended.
