Let me be clear that I have not yet had the pleasure of visiting Tunja or this Café Tumerqué. We received a coffee as a gift from a friend of the owner, and I read on the cover of the opening of the café. The coffee was great, and I love what I read from the café and the wider intention of the project. I wish we had something similar here in Loja, Ecuador. I am very happy to visit, probably with a book and kill a few hours.
Located in the city centre, Turmequé offers wide options from premium coffee produced in the mountains of Boyacá and Cundinamarca. I recommend the filtered, the barista show various ways of preparation and teach you about the process, really beautiful show! Also the place is allusiv for Boyacá's cycle history...
This bar is amazing, it's like my second home. I love the atmosphere and the coffee and also the juices are delicious. The seating is comfortable, you can books, art, a guitar... The staff is also wonderful, muchas gracias por todo!:
