I am feeling frustrated and disappointed with my recent experiences at Turning Stone/YBR/Point Place. Despite being a loyal customer and occasionally having some wins in the past, since reopening after the COVID-19 shutdown, I have been consistently losing money without any return. I understand that slot machines are not in favor of the player, but losing $1000 multiple times without even a small win is disheartening. I always hope for a win to make things exciting, but lately there has been no luck. It is disappointing to constantly lose, especially considering my loyalty status. Since COVID closed the Poker Room at our local Casino, I’ve been driving the 2 hours one way to Turning Stone about twice a month. Everything at the casino is very well run. Hotel check-in is a breeze with their automated system. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Poker Room is professionally run, wearing of masks is enforced by staff, tables chairs are cleaned after each player. I feel very safe at the casino and enjoy my time at the Poker Room with their great promotional events like High Hands and Bad Beat jackpots.
Jesus this place has gone downhill. Three or four years ago this place was one of the best casinos in the state. Then they stopped offering comps for stuff, their selection of slot machines got worse and their staff became less friendly. Even their food wasn't all that great the last time I was there. Eventually their weekly offers got so bad I just stopped going there. This place just isn't worth the drive anymore.
This restaurant is an absolutely fantastic spot with amazing bands and an incredible atmosphere. The wait staff and security are highly professional and courtesy is always a priority. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. The food is rated a 1, while the service and atmosphere both receive a perfect score of 5.

There were only a few tables available, with only one four-star table open that I couldn't even get close to. The staff were terrible - all they seemed to want to do was chat and couldn't even handle payment properly. The same goes for the pit bosses. I will never come back here.

Not just 5 staring because I work here, I love the atmosphere! The band's are great, and the setting of the rooms are almost like going back in time!
