Had 2 nights in a row during my stay at the Holiday Inn. The service was great and the food came relatively fast (although I turned very early, and it was very quiet, it could be another story when it's busy). Had the lamb frame on the first night - it was a perfect medium rare, the sauce was pretty salty, but was balanced by the sweetness of Kumara mash. Would like to have seen more elements on the plate, d. H. An element of Crunch. Had the potato Gnocchi in the second night, delicious, but a pretty heavy court, needed more than 3-4 cherry tomatoes to brighten the court. Again it was nice, nothing wow, would like to have seen more elements.
We decided to eat here as we were staying at the Holiday Inn. We had 3 breakfasts and 2 evening meals. They were all good extremely filling. We were always seated quickly our order was promptly taken. It didn't take long for the food to start coming out, fresh, hot & quick... Even though the menu is quite small it was particularly hard to choose what to eat. Most definitely one of the better meals I have had for a while. The staff afr to be commended for their work. The food is good and tasty. The menu is rich and varied. The service is wonderful and befits this restaurant's setting inside a good/reputed hotel (The Holiday Inn, in Parramatta). It is perhaps also a reason that this restaurant is reasonably priced too! Particularly the grill items of the menu come at a hefty price! But overall, this was a good experience.
Had dinner here couple of times. Food has always been fantastic and the staffs are caring and friendly. We had spaghettini and salmon both our meals were great. Good selection of wines to compliment the food. Will definitely come back. Thanks to Mary for looking after us.

This room doubles as a breakfast room so picture the ambience and furniture, functional. The service is average, although friendly. The food was ok, my steak was over cooked and dry, but the spicy calamari entree was surprisingly good. Stick to bacon and eggs.......
Delicious dinner. Steaks were melt in your mouth quality. Chips were super fresh and crispy. Ceasar salad was crisp and yummy. Wait staff were friendly and helpful.
I'm handing out 5 stars here because where else can you pay $29/head for a group of 20 on a Saturday night for all you can eat sides, pizza and pasta on
