Comfortable smart casual place with excellent servers (Thanks V, you were great and excellent food choices (large menu. Some menu items are appetizer size and others are generous helpings. With four of us we had Calamaretti (seafood and pasta in vodka sauce , Pork Belly salad (generous amounts of roasted pork belly with apple slices and fantastic fried cheese nuggets on a bed of butter lettuce, crab bisque (creamy and full of crab meat , grilled shrimp salad, a large roasted lamb shank on a bed of barley with gravy. All were above expectations. One person had the Short Rib Ravioli which was fine but that wasn't as good as the rest. It was two thick layers of pasta with lots of shredded short...
The Teisted Olive is always good. The food is right on. The cocktails are hit and miss. We have been there 3 times in the last month or so. The first time the service was so do. The last 2 times the service was great.its hard to tell whether it was the server or the busyness. Our usual has been to order a bunch of appetizers, but this last time I ordered the pork mignon. It was great.
The grilled artichokes were delicious, as was my crab cake. The black rice with my husband's dinner was way too salty to eat. The seaweed salad was just unappetizing. Desserts listed did not appeal to us so we walked downtown for ice cream. Wish the vibe was a little more cozy. It felt stark.Service was attentive.
Anniversary visit to Bethlehem always wanted to try Twisted Olive. Nice smaller restaurant with local art on the walls. Server was cordial and attentive. The food was fresh and very tasty. Drinks spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and were happy with the selection of this wonderful place.

My bff and I love trying new restaurants when visiting Downtown Bethlehem, and this was definitely a favorite. We had the brisket and shrimp small plates., and the lamb shank and salmon entrees. Dessert was amazing too! We will be back.
Menu was inventive and delicious. We had the French onion dumplings, shrimp fried rice, house made perogies and pulled pork sandwich. Delicious! Server was attentive and super friendly!! Cocktails on point! Margarita was superb!
The Calametti pasta was absolutely amazing! As was the 3 soup sampler. Husband ordered the lamb shank and was also extremely happy with that. Drinks were sub par. But would definitely return for the food!
Kali was an exceptional server and pastry chef-she made our night with her amazing personality and attention to detail as a server
