Unfortunately our second time at Two Spoons did not live up to our first good experience. It was very crowded and we were squeezed into a middle table with no regard for social distancing and sitting under very bright lights which was uncomfortable. The restaurant was not observing density limits. People were absolutely packed in and it did not feel right when there are meant to be capacity limits and social distancing. We waited a long time to be served, due to their overall busyness. It was quite a while before we saw any food. The soups were highly salty and not pleasant tasting. I decided to try this restaurant based on Google reviews, but I should have realized there weren't any recent reviews. It seems like the restaurant has recently moved and changed ownership. The food was decent and my grandchildren enjoyed it, but it didn't meet my expectations. The staff also wasn't very welcoming. I was expecting better effort to create a welcoming atmosphere and build the business. On the other hand, Ginseng down the road was thriving in comparison.
Was very disappointed with fried calamari as it was very plain and uninspiring , the curry puffs were very small compared to other restaurants , the soup and rice was ok . Dont think i will go back ,there are many better modern places than this tired old establishment. ...
Really delicious food probably the most tender roast duck we've eaten. Portions were a fantastic size for two people, an entrée and two mains meant there were some leftovers to take home. Really good service from the whole team also.

The service was great, food was amazing. Purchased the Cantonese steak and it was soooo tender!! And the pepper lamb was delicious. Food came out really quickly. Thank you two spoons.
