First time ever trying TX Burger(I’ve never seen one up in the dfw area where I live), so I’ll kick it to ya straight. I went through the drive thru got a #1 with tots and a cookies and cream shake. Jose the gentleman taking my order was spot on. GREAT customer service and helped me to decide on what shake I wanted. The burger, I was wondering why I wasn’t seeing a whataburger around here and Crockett. That’s cause these things exist and they absolutely blow whataburger out of the water. I’ll be back again for sure.
Burgers and all of their food in general is better than most fast food chains out there. This location had a new, cumbersome pedestal mounted software ordering system that was a little clumsy. It was easy to see various combination meals, but you had to drill down a little deeper to find a sandwich only order.
Ordered milk shake I got milk and a little ice cream. When I got to the bottom of the cup it was full of pecans. Don't know how it could have melted so fast or how the whole pecans didn't get chopped up by the blender.
The restaurant served hot coffee in cups with plastic lids meant for cold drinks. It was confusing how one would drink hot coffee with a straw. Is this a normal practice or can this be fixed?

It took nearly 30 minutes to get a burger to go. 2 people ahead of me inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. The hamburger meat was burnt to a crisp. I threw the meat away and ate the sandwich.
We enjoy their food so well that we plan to stop every time we pass through the area. Our grandsons also request we stop when they are along.
First time in this place, love it as road restaurant! Tasty and fresh food! Vibrant energy, good music, great customer service.
Good burgers...better than the last visit. The staff was busy, but still got things done and were very nice.
