I usually don't write reviews, whether they are good or bad. However, I feel compelled to share my experience at this bagel store in the hope of saving someone else from disappointment. Unfortunately, my sandwich was not what I ordered, and when I returned it, I received a replacement within 60 seconds, which seemed suspiciously fast. The bagel was cold and stale, making it the worst bagel I have ever had. It tasted more like a roll or stale bread, and the eggs were overcooked while the bacon resembled greasy bits. I was shocked that they would serve such poor quality food, especially to someone whose order they had already messed up. I hate to leave a negative review, but my experience was...
I decided to give this restaurant two additional chances after a disappointing first visit under new management. Unfortunately, the eggs on our sandwiches were overcooked, with lots of browning and some burned bits. The bagels are no longer as good as they used to be - they were once big and soft, but now they are dense and difficult to chew, with a less appealing taste. I have been a customer here for over 10 years, and while this restaurant is the most convenient option for me, I am hesitant to return. I would suggest considering a change to the bagel recipe.
Since the restaurant changed ownership, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. My orders have been incorrect each time I visit, and the bagels lack flavor. It used to be decent, but now it is neither number one nor convenient.
I got my last bagel from here. Several times when not the bagels were rocky and hard. I'd rather travel further afield to get a fresh bagel.

Fluffy fragrant fresh (fabulous) bagels, crunchy on the outside delicate on the inside... And a nice collection of spreads!
Food here is excellent. Definitely stands out from your regular bagel place. Staff is very friendly.
I asked for them to sliced my bagels and they didn't but told me it was an extra charge
