To streamline the process, we listed all the types we wanted upfront to avoid multiple trips to the back. The staff member prepared our bagels, and we clarified that we wanted butter and spreads. While U-Need-A Bagels serves solid bagels, this disappointing experience will keep us from visiting in person for a while.
