From Le Patron hanging out in the dining room, to Madame who opened with Will you have an apero? No, ok, then will it be Rose or Red? this is the Full Corsican experience. Fabulous plate of local charcuterie and homemade pate to start then Cannelloni stuffed with a local cheese for main to the homemade Raspberry Tiramisu for desert the food was absolutely spot on, and all clearly done in house. Flacon of Rose, lunch above for 2, 3 plates of pasta for fussy kids (no problem at all) and coffee and change out of 50 Euros. It 's a bit off the beaten track, (and Trip advisor doesn 't place it on the map due to the lack of accent in their location) but if you are passing you must stop! And don 't...

Very warm welcome from the owners in a beautiful scenery. Excellent local food all produced locally from the wild boar terrine to copa and other charcuterie. Single menu available (very filling ! , with soup, charcuterie, main course (we tried the perfect home made canellonis with brocciu , plate fo cheese and great deserts (go for the chataigne flan. All this for a ridiculous EUR31.. Definitely worth the trip if youre staying around St Marie Siche

Charcuterie-Restaurant offering the highest traditional quality of Corsica mountains. the kindness and smile of the welcome and service deserve respect: listen, speak little and say nothing, really appreciate the incredible artisanal flavours. We're 20,000 km from Paris and its suburbs. a beautiful and good perfection to cry.

He hunts the wild boar. She cooks it. This family run restaurant serves incredible Corsican stick-to-your-ribs specialities like wild-boar soup and veal stew. Also the chestnut panna cotta with strawberry compote dessert was delicious.
