I've been a coffee drinker for years and was looking for a tea store that could help me incorporate more tea into my daily routine. The staff at Ullman's is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tea and they have a huge selection of loose leaf teas, green tea, black teas and so much more. I learned a ton and also got a custom made tea drink to go that was really good. The store also features a huge selection of healthy, natural and organic vitamins and supplements and skincare products. It's a vitamin and supplement store, tea shop, cosmetic store and gift shop all in one. If you live near Berkley, MI or the Metro-Detroit area, you need to visit Ullman's Health and Beauty Shop.
Had a wonderful Evening with Teas last night! Ms Uli and her staff are truly genuinely great folk, kind, welcoming and made tea a new exciting thing for me. It was also an event that allowed me to meet some new people with similar interests The store is quite special with a great mix of items related to health, wellness, beauty/makeup and very unique chic gifts! Can't wait to go back!
The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have excellent knowledge about their products and took the time to showcase their selection of loose teas. They also offer custom tea blends, and you can buy tea to take home. We will definitely be back for more tea and personalized blends. They also sell prepackaged tea in teabags at reasonable prices.
However, after some time, I did hear back from someone at the store, and they issued a refund. The staff was very gracious and kind in their communication, so I believe they genuinely want to resolve any issues. Because of this, I've updated my review to reflect the positive outcome. What a charming store! The owner, Uli, has done an excellent job selecting wonderful products throughout the shop, and the staff is both helpful and friendly. The variety of teas available is impressive! The iced peach tea I tried today was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to visit again soon!
This place is fantastic! The customer service is outstanding, with a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in and offers of help, all while allowing me to browse at my own pace. I ended up purchasing more than I intended because of the exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!
I absolutely love this place! It's a fantastic spot for picking up natural remedies, and the tea selection is incredible. I also found the cutest pair of earrings here. Everyone I've met has been really lovely and welcoming.
