Umami Ramen Grill - Table reservation

Came for the Ramen a smoothie, once received, were amazing.However, the experience was tainted by a series of service mishaps. My Ramen initially had egg, to which I'm allergic, despite the menu clearly indicating its absence. Although corrected, it took 40 minutes from ordering to receive the right dish. My smoothie arrived simultaneously, which meant a long wait. After finishing, I waited for over 35 minutes to get my bill, even after multiple reminders. I expressed my feedback, hoping for at least a small gesture for the inconveniences, but was met with indifference.Sadly, despite the delicious food, I won't be returning due to the lackluster service

For a Asian fusion place that offers so many different types of Asian dishes, I was incredibly impressed by the taste, portion, and freshness.We ordered the Tonkatsu Truffle Ramen, Laksa, and Chicken wings for takeout and it was delicious and well worth the price.Takeout packaging was also amazing.Will definitely order from them again!

Huge menu with huge portions. We enjoyed the ambience too (soft lighting and newer dance music).The food came out very fast.The high chair was dirty with no safety strap, and there was no change table in the washroom, so I couldn’t give 5 stars.

The service is really good and the pricing is pretty reasonable. It’s near the skytrain kind of hidden away from Surrey central mall.I will be coming back again in the future

They had options for Vermicelli and rice noodles for the rams.
