The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Miso Soup, Umi, and the sushi; each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.
The service was also top-notch, deserving another 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

My comparison is always Japan for value, authenticity, and taste, so I can't ever give 5 stars in the U.S. That being said, UMI Sushi offers a great value, and high quality sushi, with a good atmosphere and excellent service.
