found uminono on broadsheet recommended, decided to give him an attempt and absolutely loved the experience. the food was fantastic sashimi was fresh, truffles were beautiful, best seaweed I ever had, and it was fun with the cup for soy sauce. the chefs are friendly and not excessively chatting, which I have appreciated since I alone gedimt. will fall over again or order their sushi boxes for the next time I visit melbourne!
can’t mistake this unique intimate culinary experience. very friendly by staff and very welcomed. the food was delicious and fresh. I'll be back to take the sushi box away!
