Listen, the fried chicken is a few of the most juicy, tenderest and tenderest they find everywhere and it is not fat. fisch is thick filets (or quite) fried light and crispy hushpuppies are very good. it is a local favorite and we make a special effort to eat there when in nashville.

we visited nashville for the NWTF conference and wanted to have seafood. my friend suggested onkel buds wels shack. he was there a few years ago. it was the best experience. that was delicious. I had the Alligator bites and my friend had that huh and wels. we can say enough about the fixes. yum! the place was very busy and the staff was excellent...Very friendly and welcoming. our server rashaun was excellent. I tell everyone how much we loved onkel buds. thanks to the entire staff.

wels and huh with unlimited sides. southern hospitality best. this is a family restaurant and worth waiting. check the waiting times on the line to get their names before the arrival. parking space available. you won't starve.

had a little wait to get a table, but so worth it. they brought food as soon as we set ourselves. great cat and fastening. I wish this place was in my hometown
