This restaurant offers a mixed experience. While the food is excellent and the service is good, it evokes a casual Applebee's vibe. The prices are on par with top-tier steakhouses like Pampas and Stoney River, but those places are much more stylish and provide a more refined culinary experience. Given the price point here, it might be worth exploring the other upscale restaurants instead. I enjoyed my dinner, but I probably wouldn't return if the prices go up or if they introduce a more expensive lunch menu.
I am in the food business and took our CEO and another manager last night. while their food was okay my steak was over cooked and my potato was not hot. althought they replaced the steak by that time I was not hungry. the mushrooms were over spiced and the special bacon that was supposed to come out first can after our food and 2 pieces were pretty raw. I never write bad reviews and I was very disappointed considering I picked the place.
We visited Onkel Jack for the first time, as we usually go to Sugarloaf. The steaks were cooked to our liking, but they were quite tough. They should have been top-notch, which makes me question the quality. The manager came over to ask if everything was okay, and we mentioned our concerns about the steaks. She said she would adjust our bill, but it never happened. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be returning.
The food was spectacular! I never eat all my meal but I did this time and the steak was absolutely delicious not fatty at all and tender. The meatballs and bacon were incredible. The only things not to my liking were the quality of the drinks and the inability to present my card as a tab before we ordered. The drinks were not and did not taste like what was ordered.

Horrible experience. Our dinner took almost 3 hours, including waiting 40 minutes for our first round of drinks. Steaks were over cooked (ordered med rare and got well done), service was slow, and we never received our side dishes. Management gave us $20 in coupons on a $350 tab as an apology. Will never go back.
The decor and theme is very cool, but the food takes forever to get to you once you order. And 2 visits in a row, including last night, we found a hair in one of the burgers. Totally not cool for a place like this, trying to be high end. Will not be back.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Peachtree Corners. The burgers are fantastic, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming.

You absolutely have to try the bacon appetizer. After that, everything else is just amazing!
Server disappeared and never came back. We never got new drinks.
