Uncle mings reminds me of those old takeaway restaurants I used to go to. Everything touched by red and paintings and ornaments adorning the walls.
The fried edamame snacks are probably some of the best bar snacks ever. The dumplings are surprisingly pretty good ( I had no expectations though), flavoursome and filling.
The cocktail menu is Awesome and they also stock plum wine which is one of my favourites.
This place has definitely got a tick of approval from me and I look forward to coming back here more often post work.

What a cool great place, loved the music and fit-out very unique. Friendly staff and dumplings are very delicious. The cocktails rock !!! Hidden under the ground and is a great place for a small function, not more than 12. went with a group of friends and had the best time. Defigiously recommend and will be back!

Great little place (once you get past the feeling that you entered an opium den) Very cool decor and lighting, simple menu but dumplings are excellent, some of the best in Sydney I would say! But it's really all about the cocktails defo recommend for an after work drink.
Love this place. Very cozy and has a unique ambience and interior. The cocktails are good. And there are many varieties that you can order. The dumplings missed, but soon come back to have them.
Red red asian atmosphere. You feel that you are sitting in a secret Asian bar. Amazing cocktails and good selection of Asian whiskey. Dumplings are also awesum. Must try.
