This could be an amazing place. Food is good, location is excellent, and the place, if well maintained, could be a beautiful bistro. But it is neglected and service is really slow and they don’t seem to care. When we arrived they said that they couldn’t find my reservation. Although it was not a problem, because the place was half full. Now I know why.
Wow! I absolutely love falafel, and this Falafel Plate with Hummus is among the best I've ever had. The fresh vegetables, perfectly seasoned and cooked falafel, and truly amazing hummus all come together beautifully. The Gluten-Free Crepe serves as a delightful, light wrap. I'll definitely be ordering this again the next time I'm in town!
Only one server and service was beyond choppy. It was embarrassing to see that the server couldn't serve us tea as he was by himself. I invited my out of town team to try out this location and was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. I would only get a take out as this is not a sit down place or experience.
I've ordered the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich several times, but on some occasions, I've received Chicken Kebab or other chicken cuts instead. The taste is quite different. I've informed them about this issue, but they continue to make the same mistake or fail to communicate with me when they run out of shawarma. Book a table now
The order from Nouzi arrived without any sauce. The tabbouleh had barely any bulgur in it. The hummus and pita were good, but the pita was quite small. Overall, it was a disappointing experience considering the price.
